Hello to all our faithful customers! First of all I want to apologize for not keeping up-to-date with what is going on here at the Blue Burrito. Tons of things going on during our winter break this year, loads of changes, renovations and improvements, both in the kitchen and dining room! Another upgrade we just completed, I would like to welcome you to our new look website that Im proud to present as mobile friendly. Although we planned to re-open this week, due to forces outside our control and a renovation / overhaul that turned into a much larger job than we had ever hoped for or anticipated, we will need to continue to be closed thru the end of January and will have our Grand Re-Opening on Thursday, February 5th!! To our customers that have a Groupon with us- please do not be discouraged, we will honor all groupons purchased through till April, regardless of the expiration date on the groupon! We look forward to serving you soon!! So when you see the “Sorry We’re Closed for Renovations” sign still up at the Blue Burrito, please know that we are inside cookin’ up an exciting improved dining experience. We want to improve our product, presentation and execution, from the walls, floor and tables out front, to new equipment and general overhaul in the kitchen. Everything we are doing during this break is designed to offer new choices on our menu such as fresh fried tortilla chips as well as allowing us to better prepare, cook and serve all of your favorite dishes we have! We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused if you came to the Blue Burrito during our hiatus, please know that we at the Blue Burrito cherish your business and appreciate your patience during this project. We want to make sure our renovations are done right. We hope everyone had a great holiday season and look forward to seeing you on February 5th

Finally it has stopped raining!! Celebrate the turn in weather with a Jalapeno AND Habanero infused Margarita or one of our authentic southwestern dishes! Tonight is also the Westbrook’s annual “Halloween on Main Street” and we will be giving out some candy to any Trick or Treaters that walk in, anyone in costume, or really anyone with a sweet tooth that wants some. :) There will be a DJ, costume contest and parade all put on by the city here on Main Street tonight. This year Main Street in front of us will not be closed off during “Halloween on Main Street” so no need to worry about where to park, you can pull right up out front! What a Friday! It started a little grey but it’s beautiful now. If you don’t know already we have added 3 outstanding waitresses to our staff! They have all been training for 2 weeks and frankly they didn't need much training, but we would like you to come in and meet Cassie, Kenzie and Sarah! :) Of course we have the same amazing chef, as well as the freshest local ingredients, exceptional recipes and careful preparation that we have always had!
